Water Sort Puzzle

water-sort puzzle is a relaxing yet mentally engaging logic game. You’ll see several transparent tubes (or “glasses”) each partially filled with layers of coloured liquid. Your task is to pour the liquid from one tube to another until each tube contains only one single colour. The game runs directly in your browser (desktop or mobile) with no download required. It features: ✿ A clean, simple interface: just click/tap tubes to pour. ✿ Hundreds (or more) of levels that grow in difficulty as you progress (more colours, more tubes, fewer empty slots). ✿ No timer or heavy pressure — you can take your time and restart if you get stuck. ✿ Browser-friendly: playable on PC, tablet, smartphone via a browser.

Instruction:

How to Play

Step-by-step instructions:

  1. At the start of a level you will see several tubes, each filled with coloured liquid layers. Some tubes may be empty or partially empty.

  2. Goal: Rearrange the liquids so that for each tube, all layers inside are the same colour (for example: all blue in one tube, all red in another) and there is no mixing of different colours in the same tube.

  3. Making a move:

    • Click (or tap) a tube that you want to pour from. The game will mark it as your source.

    • Then click (or tap) another tube to pour into — this will transfer part or all of the top-layer liquid from the first tube to the second tube, if the move is valid.

  4. Valid move rules: You are allowed to pour from Tube A into Tube B if:

    • Tube A is not empty (it has some liquid on top).

    • Tube B is either empty or has the same colour on its top layer as the colour you are pouring from Tube A. (You can’t pour a colour onto a different top colour.)

    • Tube B has enough free space to accommodate the liquid you’re pouring (you can’t overflow it).

  5. Continue making pour-moves, gradually organising the tubes so that colours are grouped. Use empty tubes or nearly empty tubes as temporary storage when needed.

  6. When all tubes satisfy the condition “only one colour per tube”, the level is complete. A new level then begins with a more complex arrangement.

  7. If you get stuck, you can often restart the level fresh or undo certain moves (depending on the version). The web versions emphasise “no penalties, take your time”.

Tips & Notes:

  • Since you’re playing in a browser, you can use mouse clicks (desktop) or taps (mobile) — the control is simple and intuitive.

  • The difficulty increases: more colours + more tubes + fewer empty slots means more strategy needed (don’t just pour randomly).

  • Because there’s no timer, it’s fine to pause and think. Use “empty tubes” wisely as buffer spaces for intermediate moves.

  • If you ever see a tube with the same colour on top as the one you’re pouring, that’s usually a valid target (as long as there’s space).

  • Avoid blocking yourself: try to leave some tubes partially empty to give yourself “room” to maneuver later.

  • Web versions may differ slightly in interface from mobile apps, but the core logic (pour onto same colour or empty) remains consistent.
